when did you start crafting? I have always like to make things but I started knitting about five years ago. I was walking down the street, peeked into the window of a yarn shop and some unstoppable force pushed me through the door. Modernkniterature was created. Soon after, I started (actually restarted) sewing and began to make baby and toddler tees and onesies. Zoomzabebe was born. Zoomzawear is the latest shop. The kids clothes were just so cute that I wanted to wear something like them. Actually my husband loves to wear his "plane" shirts so much I try and hide them in the closet. I don't want people to think I pimp him out.

what made you want to have a online store? I suppose pride plays a little role:"Ooh look what I made!" Money plays an even smaller role. I would probably starve. But mostly, I love the feeling of being part of this burgeoning community of creative, independent artists and designers.

Does having an online store make stuff alot more easy ? At first, no. I am not web savvy at all. The learning curve is steep though. I try and keep my site updated and fresh and as W would say,"that's hard work". If I could just camp out in my studio and come out for craft fairs every so often, that would be easy. Being successful online is a whole other test.

what is youre best seller? My best sellers are my statement onesies and patch tees for babies and toddlers. The ones that say "Future Democrat" and "Buddha Belly" sell very well in Southern California.

how would you describe youre store ? I want people to have fun while they shop so I carry a little something for everyone; From tees and onesies to hand knit bags and other accessories. You can find zoomzawear here.zoomzawear.com Item to check out . Statement Onesie-"I'll Eat Your Carbs"
