1How did you come up youre name (shops)? Its rather simple, I like the color red and I collect all things that is related. So Red Sun, but I thought that sounded a bit bland, but sounds really cool and fancy in French. So ultimately my business became Soleil Rouge.

2 When did you open youre shop? I started Soleil Rouge in the spring of 2003

3 have you done any craft shows? I'm a just starting to get in the swing of doing craft shows. I'm still in the stage of discovering the right craft shows that my designs work the best in.

4 what are youre signature colors? My signature colors are orange/red/yellow, lots of earthy tones. Although I don't have a lot of designs utilizing them right now, I am really drawn to fabrics that have them.

5 what is the best part about having a online shop? I like the direct contact and the ease of having a online shop. No pressure from me toward the customer or vice versa to buy and sell. I find a customer will ask more questions online about a design than in person.
