1 When did you start crafting? I have been very crafty from a young age. My grandmother is an artist, so I was always around her art room making something.

2 What inspires you? Anything. Mainly other crafters, but I get ideas from everywhere from school textbooks, conversations, to fashion magazines.

3 When did you start selling online? I began selling online in late May 2006 as RescueTortoise on etsy.com. Later on that year I decided it was time for a rebrand and my own website that launched on February 6, 2007.

4 Is there any one in the crafty world you would like to meet? Tons. Taryn Hipp from MyMy, Heidi Kenney from My Paper Crane, and anybody associated with Felt Club...and so so many more.

5 what do you think of indie shop interviews? I love them, In general I am pretty curious, and I love reading about other people (not celebrities).
