1 how would you descride youre collection? Jewelhappy designs combine a sense of calm serenity with a sense of whimsical fun. Many of my favorite pieces were inspired by my yoga practice and teaching, including jewelry meant to calm the senses, align the chakras, and celebrate yogic ideas such as truthfullness, non-violence, and peace.

2 when did you start making jewely? In 2004, when I had just moved from NYC to Charleston SC. I wanted a creative outlet for my ideas and found it in jewelry design.

3 when did you open shop? Later in 2004, after selling some pieces through local brick and mortar stores. Having the web presence allowed me to experiment with more one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces.

4 Are craft stores evil to shop at? I love shopping at craft stores!! Why would they be evil?

5 If you made $1000 in 2 weeks in sales what would you do with that money? I know this sounds boring, but I'd probably put it into an investment account since my chosen profession (teaching yoga) doesn't pay enough for me to save as much as I'd like. I'm in the process of de-materializing my life so if I decided to spend it instead, I'd definitely use it to go traveling. Someplace warm and tropical!
