1 how did you come up with the name for youre store? It was a really looong period of almost 2 years to try to find the perfect name. I wanted to include my hubby in some way in the name of my business, because he really supports me a lot, so I came up with a name that was related to herbal teas, and at the same time, they were actually people-names.

2 what made you sell tea? My grandma. She was always drinking herbal teas, and if I was sick, she always had an herbal remedy. Herb + Ginger is my tribute to her.

3 when did you start selling online? Only since December 9 of 2005! 0_0

4 did you design youre web site? Sort of. I had a really clear picture of my site in my mind, and when Arianne (aeolidia.com) sent me the first design it was like she was reading my mind...That's scary!!!

5 what does indie mean to you? For me it means seeing the world differently.

I love the indie business community, because when large companies are copying each other, indie businesses are sharing ideas, when they are competing, indies are supporting each other.
