1when did you start crafting? Forever ago! I still have a hand puppet I made in kindergarten—a cat with a paper mache head and some cool old vintage fabric. I also remember around that time, my mom presented me with a box full of old fabric scraps and some needle and thread, and I (unsuccessfully) tried to make doll clothes.

2 what is your favorite item to make? Right now, the mini books! (They’re on my Miscellany page, and also at my Etsy shop.)

3 Is marketing hard? I think so. I’m still new in this venture, and realizing that getting yourself out there takes a lot of time and effort.

4 what’s the best advice you have gotten about starting up an online shop? Hmmm… if you like it, then there’s a good chance that there are a lot of other people out there who do too.

5 It’s craft fair season, are you going to do any shows? I haven’t done one yet, but I’d like to test the waters at a local one in the near future, and would love to someday do a big indie craft fair.
