1 when did you start crafting-- As a child, I loved to do arts and crafts. The friendship beads, cross stitch, all the way to making clay items. I started designing jewelry about 5 years ago when a friend of mine started. I took some classes to get myself familiar and I loved it. I started slow with my friends and family and soon became a small business. My business took off when I launched our celiac awareness line. The jewelry is very special to me as we donate profits to various organizations and is dedicated to celiac disease as members of my family suffer from celiac.

2 what are your favorite materials to work with? I love to work with high quality top of line materials. I use all Sterling, Bali, Thai Silver, top grade A gemstones, Swarovski crystals, and handmade glass lampwork beads from various glass artists.

3 when did you open shop? I opened Angelic Grooves in May of 2004 with many of my favorite designs and the celiac awareness jewelry.

4 do you design your site--I have web designer that does did the layout and design. I do the daily/weekly work that needs to be done.

5 what do you think of Indie shop interviews? I love them... I love to read all the inspiring indie shop interviews. I think it helps get our products out there because we all have something so special and unique that you can't get anywhere else!
